Liverpool submit improved offer for Newcastle transfer target after making Alexander Isak approach

Liverpool have submitted an improved offer for French forward Hugo Ekitike, talkSPORT understands.

Talks remain ongoing between the Premier League champions and Eintracht Frankfurt over a deal which is estimated to be around €90million (£78m), including add-ons.
